Spanish Intermediate 1 is designed for children who already have a strong foundation in basic Spanish vocabulary and are ready to begin using the language in more meaningful ways.
Students will continue strengthening familiar topics such as greetings, family, animals, food, colors, days of the week, and adjectives while learning to connect vocabulary through complete phrases and sentences. They will practice expressions such as me gusta, no me gusta, and yo tengo, explore masculine and feminine words, and work with singular and plural forms.
Through conversation, stories, games, reading, writing, and hands-on activities, students will also practice understanding and answering questions using words such as qué, quién, dónde, cuándo, and por qué.
This class helps students reinforce familiar vocabulary, strengthen their comprehension, and gain confidence using simple phrases and building complete sentences in Spanish with support.
